1) Log into your Domain
Manager Account (DMA). If you do not have access to a DMA, please
see below.
2) Click on the Modify link under Nameserver for the
domain you wish to update.
3) Enter the nameservers Primary, Secondary and Additional
(optional). Please do not enter any IP numbers.
4) Click UPDATE to process.
Customers without a user account:
The access to modify domains is only available via a DMA. Please
Sign Up for one and either use the Domain Attachment option in
the service menu of your account or Submit a Ticket to have the
domain attached to your account. You will need to provide your
username, domain name and domain password.
Create DMA: Click Manage Domains in the top menu of our site followed by Sign IN, and then Sign UP on the subsequent page.
Attach Domain: Log into your DMA and click Domain Attachment in the service menu. Complete the form and submit for processing.
Please NOTE:
DNS updates can take up to 48 hours to
propagate.
