Customers with a user account (Domain Manager Account-DMA):
1) Log into your DMA
2) Click on the domain you wish to update (put a check mark next to the domain names if you wish to bulk update and click Modify Host DNS).
3) Enter the nameservers Primary, Secondary and Additional (optional). Please do not enter any IP numbers.
4) Click UPDATE to process.
Customers without a user account:
The access to modify domains is only available via a Domain Manager Account. Please Sign Up for one and Submit a Ticket to link your domain to the account. Remember to provide your username, domain name and domain password.
Please NOTE: DNS updates can take up to 48 hours.
