When a gTLD (extensions with three or more characters) domain transfer is requested, a verification email goes out to the address listed on the domain WHOIS. The domain holder needs to respond to this email in order to initiate the transfer. Failure to respond within 14 days leads to a failure of the domain transfer and the transfer request has to be resubmitted.

Under "Actions" in the middle of the page, click "Resend FOA".
Note: If the domain holder is using a Privacy Service, please ask them to contact their service provider for assistance with retrieving the email.
